Our Wedding Coverage service offers tailored consultations for photography, videography, or a comprehensive package that captures every heartfelt moment. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy Securing Your Date (The Retainer) To officially reserve your session or event date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled shoot. All payments and schedules are managed securely via your customized Square invoice. Rescheduling Life happens, and flexibility is important. You may reschedule your session once, without penalty, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice. The new date must be within 90 days of the original booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the shoot will require a new retainer to secure a new date. Cancellations Because your booked time is reserved exclusively for you, meaning other inquiries for that date are turned away; the initial 50% retainer is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot will require full payment of the remaining balance. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive on time and ready to shoot. If you are running late, that time will be deducted from your total session duration to ensure subsequent clients or scheduled events are not impacted. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Sessions) In the event of heavy rain or severe weather conditions that make outdoor shooting impossible or unsafe for the equipment, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date at no additional cost.
